“I thought I would write to thank you for organising, what turned out to be, a fabulous New Year's break for us at Cambridge Beaches. The food and staff in the restaurant were outstanding and the suite we had (Emmet Suite) was not only more spacious than we had anticipated, but had a fabulous view out to the Atlantic. The grounds are a pleasure and one would not really have to leave the resort to fill your day. We were amazed at the "Honours Board" which records all guests with 5 or more visits. Anywhere which has someone approaching their 90th visit has to be good!”

“I just wanted to send a belated thank you for recommending and organising the most wonderful holiday we have ever had at the Cambridge Beaches just before Christmas. As you know it was the Ruby Wedding Anniversary for us and our friends on December 21st and the hotel made us feel very special and the levels of service were exemplary. As we were pretty much the only guests in the hotel in the early part of the week, we truly received individual attention but we suspect that the staff are always that cheerful, welcoming and attentive. Every plate of food that came out of the kitchen was a work of art and we were very glad, with the drop in the value of the pound and the general prices in Bermuda, to have booked a half board package. Helen and I loved our Spa treatments and booked a second for later in the holiday, although we may have to economise for the next few months to pay for it!!
I know that you visit Bermuda often and so none of the above will be a surprise to you but having been responsible for such an important holiday for the four of us, I was, understandably anxious that things should go well. In reality, I cannot think of anything we would have changed about that wonderful week.
I know that 2009 will be a difficult year for the travel industry and just about every other industry for that matter but we sincerely hope that enough people recognise the fabulous beaches and climate that Bermuda has to offer and continue to book their holidays through you. ”

"I am just writing to say what a wonderful holiday we had in Bermuda. The hotel - The Fairmont Hamilton Princess - was just great. They gave us a lovely room and a balcony which we could not have been happier with. The staff were so polite and friendly with nothing being too much trouble for them. The hotel was in a lovely location with such easy access to the town of Hamilton, the ferry port and the bus terminal. I am so pleased we chose this hotel - mainly because of the advice your staff gave us.
Also your representatives in Bermuda were very good with our transfers to and from the airport, being very efficient and on time - they were even a few minutes early on our return to the airport, what was very good.
We did love Bermuda and really enjoyed our holiday - I would like to thank your staff for their advice and help in booking this holiday - they were very knowledgeable and efficient in their dealings with us.
